Cost primer: ask for a price you can use

A useful estimate tells you what is included and what happens next.

The maker did not list a price on the tesamorelin (EGRIFTA WR) pages checked on September 28, 2026.

Without a quote, this guide cannot tell you whether your bill would be hundreds or thousands of dollars. Ask for the full cost of your exact product and care, and the period that price covers. Keep the answer in writing.

Build the estimate

Ask for the medicine cost on its own. Then ask about the first visit, later visits, tests, supplies and delivery. Ask which of those are included in the quoted total.

Do not fill in a blank yourself. Ask whether a missing item is included, charged elsewhere or still to be worked out.

Ask when the amount can change

If a service offers a starting rate, ask what comes after it. Ask about repeat charges, refill terms and how to end the service. Before you pay for an assessment, ask what follows if the visit leads to no prescription.

Ask about help without assuming it applies

The maker’s support pages, checked September 28, 2026, describe help with medicine bills for some people with private insurance.

They also describe medicine at no cost for people who meet the programme’s terms.

Ask for the full terms and a clear answer about whether you qualify.
